Company Closure Fees

Please note that our fee of $847 (incl. GST) covers the preparation and lodgement of the required returns, together with the finalisation of the company closure process.

In addition, an ASIC deregistration fee of approximately $52 is payable directly to ASIC for submitting the company closure application.

A separate payment link for the ASIC fee will be provided once the closure process is complete.
